About me
My path to becoming a therapist has been shaped by both global adventures and a deep curiosity about what makes us feel, think, and act the way we do. That curiosity led me to psychology—and eventually to the heart of this work: walking alongside others in their healing.
My approach is person-centered and collaborative. I’m not here to tell you what to do or how to feel, but to listen deeply, offer perspective, and help you reconnect with your own insight and strength.
Outside the therapy room, I’m a mom, a wife, and someone who finds joy in new places and experiences.

My journey into mental health began during my collegiate volleyball career. I became acutely aware of the widespread struggles individuals face with their mental well-being. This personal understanding and the desire to share that knowledge with others inspired me to become a mental health professional.
I am passionate about creating a safe and supportive space where people feel heard, loved, understood, and empowered in this often stressful world.
My therapeutic approach is rooted in person-centered counseling, where I believe you are the expert on your own life. I strive to create a genuine and empowering connection, allowing you to lead our sessions. I integrate Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), which offers practical tools focusing on mindfulness, distress tolerance, and emotional regulation. I'm especially drawn to mindfulness, as it helps clients develop a non-judgmental awareness of the present moment, fostering a deeper understanding of their thoughts, feelings, and body, ultimately leading to greater control.
